Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions – Cancellations, Transfers & Refunds Terms & Conditions – Cancellations, Transfers & Refunds Registration and Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email. Cancellation by You If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible by email. Our cancellation policy is as follows: • More than 14 days before the session: You are entitled to a full refund, less any applicable booking or payment processing fees. • 7–14 days before the session: You may choose either: o a 50% refund; or o transfer your booking to another available session within six months (subject to availability). • Less than 7 days before the session: Refunds are not available. However, at our discretion, you may transfer your booking to another scheduled session if requested before the session begins. • Failure to attend (No Show): No refund or transfer will be offered. Substitute Participants If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person at no additional charge by notifying us at least 24 hours before the session. Cancellation by Us If we need to cancel or postpone a session due to unforeseen circumstances, low enrolment, illness, technical issues or events beyond our reasonable control, you will be offered the choice of: • a full refund; or • a transfer to a future session. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the session. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, including accommodation, travel, loss of earnings or other consequential expenses. Technical Requirements Participants are responsible for ensuring they have: • A reliable internet connection. • A suitable device capable of accessing the online platform. • Access to the meeting link provided. Refunds cannot be provided where attendance is prevented by a participant's own technical difficulties. Recording Unless otherwise stated, sessions are not recorded. Where recordings are made, participants will be informed in advance. Materials provided during or after the session are for personal use only and must not be copied, shared, reproduced or distributed without our written permission.
